Roughriders Rewards > Login LOG IN 2019 SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDER FOOTBALL CLUB REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last Updated: April 11, 2019 You must accept the Terms and Conditions of the Program to be able to participate in the Program and access the portal. By clicking the 'ACCEPT' button you are confirming you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. GENERAL AND ELIGIBILITY 1. The 2019 Rider Rewards Program (the “Program”) runs from 9:00 AM (CST) on April 1, 2019 to 11:59 PM (CST) on March 31, 2020 (the “Program Term”). This is a change from the 2018 program (with an earlier start and end date) in recognition of the change in start to the 2019 CFL Season. The Program is offered at the discretion of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Participation in the Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club has the right, in its sole discretion, to adapt, limit, modify or cancel the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Please check rewards.riderville.com (the “Portal”) frequently for updates to these Program Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Program or these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Program is available only to 2019 Roughriders season ticket holders, club seat members, who:(a) are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) over the age of majority in the province in which you live; and (b) who have been provided a RIDER TEAM CARD (“Eligible Participants”). Saskatchewan Roughrider staff, board or directors, alumni, sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program. 3. By purchasing your 2019 Roughriders season seats (purchased prior to May 1st , 2019), Eligible Participants are automatically enrolled in the Program. To redeem Points you must activate your RIDER TEAM CARD on the Portal and accept these Terms and Conditions during the Program Term. You can start earning points (“Points”) right away, and you may start redeeming Points at any time during the Program Term. PROGRAM UPDATES AND OTHER EMAILS 5. Communications about the Program will be sent to Eligible Participants by email. Eligible Participants must provide a valid email address to enroll and participate in the Program and are responsible for keeping their email information up-to- date. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you are opting in to an email subscription for information related to the Program and/or the Saskatchewan Roughriders. You may choose to opt out of receiving marketing communications from the Saskatchewan Roughriders at any time, however in order for you to redeem Points and to administer your account, the Saskatchewan Roughriders may continue to send you transactional emails and other emails as permitted or required by law. HOW IT WORKS 6. Eligible Participants will earn and redeem Points in accordance with the Point Schedule set forth on the Portal. The Saskatchewan Roughriders may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the minimum number of Points able to be accrued, or increase or decrease the number of Points required to redeem a specific offering (each offering, a “Reward”); (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Reward; (c) limit the Rewards available; (d) set or change caps on the number of Points that may be earned through any purchase or activity; or (e) change Program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting Points, or rules governing the use of specific Rewards. 7. Eligible Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Updates to personal information can be made by notifying the Saskatchewan Roughriders by email or phone through the contact information provided below. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for RIDER TEAM CARDS or Rewards that are not received as a result of erroneous or out dated personal information. 8. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for lost or stolen RIDER TEAM CARDS. Rewards Program Participants who have lost their RIDER TEAM CARD can request a replacement card by email at rewards@saskriders.com or by calling 1-888-474-3377 option 3. 9. Points will begin to be accrued beginning April 1, 2019 and will cease to be accrued on March 31, 2020. Rewards are able to be redeemed beginning at any time providing there are enough Points in an account for Reward redemption. The Program will end at 11:59 PM CST on March 31, 2020, at which time all Points will expire. Points will not carry over into any subsequent year or program. 10. Points are redeemed for their full value. No credit will be issued for any unused Rewards or Points not redeemed. Points that are not used prior to March 31, 2020 will cease to be eligible for any rewards claimed after that date. 11. Blackout dates may apply and are set by the Saskatchewan Roughriders and are subject to change without notice. 12. Points and Rewards may not be re-sold, transferred or assigned by any means, electronic or otherwise. The Saskatchewan Roughriders reserves the right to revoke and not honour any Rewards or Points that have been resold. 13. In case of fraud or abuse involving the Program, the Saskatchewan Roughriders will have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of Points and Rewards. 14. Points and Rewards have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be used in connection with any other offer or discount. 15. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility will be resolved in sole discretion by the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Saskatchewan Roughriders also have the sole discretion to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions. GENERAL: 16. This Program shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Earning and redeeming of Points and Rewards are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Awards are offered in good faith, however they may not be available if prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be deemed deleted from these Program Terms and Conditions in such jurisdiction and the remaining provisions will remain in force. 17. Saskatchewan Roughriders waiver of any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach of these Terms and Conditions. Its failure to insist upon strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of any rights or remedies that it may have against that or any other participant in the Program. 18. By participating in the Program the Eligible Participant agrees, to the full extent permitted by law, to permit the Saskatchewan Roughriders, its agents and representatives, to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with the Program and/or the Saskatchewan Roughriders for any purpose whatsoever including the commercial purposes of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. 19. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected. 20. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for Rewards lost, misdirected or delayed via mail or over email, nor does it guarantee on time delivery of Rewards. There are no guarantees that requested dates or Rewards requested will be available. The Saskatchewan Roughriders reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the number of and type of Rewards, passes, suites and experiences made available for the duration of the Program, the 2019 season and each game.
